In response to a call from a friend to help meet the need of a company who reached out to her for the supply of their primary raw material requirement, which happens to be rubber cup lumps, also known as natural rubber, my cousin, Joshua Okolo and myself, McDonald Nwoye, decided
to take on the challenge of sourcing out suppliers.

In the course of this journey, we came across suppliers with varying characteristics, some quite credible and some not so much. However, unbeknownst to us, the company which today is known as McJosh was busy brewing underneath it all.

The experience garnered in this process and others like it, ultimately morphed us into sound and fair negotiators who not only ensure clients’ demands are met, but also and quite importantly ensure that our upstream partners are adequately compensated for their contribution in ensuring the continuous availability of this vital resource. All of these taken into account, enabled us to develop more than a few effective networks of local farmers here in West Africa, and consequently, McJosh was born. That company whose forte it is to effectively and efficiently source and export premium quality goods to clients globally.

Over time, we proceeded to broaden our scope which then resulted in incorporating other produce into our portfolio, all of which you’d find in our products section.
